Returns Policy

Faulty Products

Please note we can only accept a faulty return if it is returned to us in the same condition it was sold. This includes the original manufacturers packaging for new products, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or we will be not be able to accept the item back. With all our products your till receipt is your proof of purchase and guarantee. If you lose your receipt we will be unable to accept returns for any of our products, so please keep it in a safe place to avoid disappointment later on.

Pre-owned items

Pre-owned DVDs, Blu Rays and Games are guaranteed for 28 days from the date of purchase.
Pre-owned consoles and peripherals are guaranteed for 3months from the date of purchase.
If a fault is found within this period, please return the product to the store you purchased it from, accompanied by your receipt, so that we can test the product. When the fault has been identified, we are happy to offer an exchange on a like for like basis. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a product of the same value. We will only offer a cash refund as a final option. If no fault is found we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund.

New items

BB guns and smoking products are guaranteed for 28 days from the date of purchase. If a fault is found within this period, please return the product to the store you purchased it from, accompanied by your receipt, so that we can test the product. When the fault has been identified, we are happy to offer an exchange on a like for like basis. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a product of the same value. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on these products.

New games, consoles and accessories are guaranteed for 28 days from the date of purchase. If a fault is found within this period, please return the product to the store you purchased it from, accompanied by your receipt, so that we can test the product. Should any faults be found after this period, you are responsible for contacting the manufacturing in order to arrange a refund or replacement product.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items can only be exchanged, on a like for like or similar basis, within a 48 hour period provided they are returned in their original condition accompanied by a valid till receipt. We do no accept returns for non-faulty unwanted items in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds or extend this period.

Any exchanges or refunds offered are done so at the discretion of the manager and all decisions are final.
